Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Audit Associate to join our audit team. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in accounting, hands-on experience in auditing, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in Tally ERP software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute audit engagements, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Analyse financial statements and identify risks, errors, and discrepancies.
• Conduct internal control assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Utilize Tally & Tally ERP for financial analysis and reporting.
• Guide and mentor junior audit associates during audit processes.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to clients and senior management.
• Stay updated on accounting and auditing standards to ensure compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in auditing or accounting roles.
• Educational Qualification: B. Com, M. Com, or candidates not pursuing CA further.
• Strong accounting knowledge and expertise in audit procedures.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modelling.
• Hands-on experience with Tally & Tally ERP is mandatory.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead audit assignments effectively.
