Monday to Saturday – 9:45 am to 6:45 pm IST for all staffs
All Sundays should be weekly off for all staff
15 min grace period is given to all employees who get late to work between 9.45 till 10 Am
Any employee reporting after 10.00 am will be marked late & 3 such late marks in a month is 1 half-day deduction.
Any employee reporting after 11:00 am but before 1:30 pm will be deemed to have reported late to office and such delay will be marked as “Half day”.
Any employee reporting after 1:30 pm without prior approval will be marked as absent for that day.
Accordingly, these late marks will be adjusted against the earned leaves. In case of exhausted leaves, the same will be deducted from the said month’s salary.
HOLIDAY / LEAVE POLICY AND PROCEDURES
Annual Leave
Annual leave is applicable to all the employees who have completed 90 working days of employment in one financial year. 24 days of leave would be credited yearly (2 leaves per month). The remaining un-availed leaves at year end can be encashed.
No long leaves (More then 6 day) will be entertained by the management if Prior approval of minimum 3 weeks is not given.
Employees can avail maximum of 10 leaves at a stretch not more then that (If leaves of more the 10 days required Special approvals will be required by the senior management)
For new employees: The day the employee completes 3 months and has worked for at least 90 days, leaves will be available to consume. For an example, an employee joins on October 17, 20×2 and he completes his 90 days on January 17, 20×3. He is eligible to get 24 leaves starting from February 1, 20×3. The power of approval of leave yet remains with the management.
Public Holidays / Leave planning & Applying of Leaves
The Company shall in addition to the Annual Leave, also grant public holidays every year which will be declared at the beginning of the year. The holiday list for each office location is released in the first week of the New Year.
Employees are encouraged to take time off from work and avail their Annual Leave every year.
Prior approval should always be taken before proceeding on leave except in case of emergency or sickness where it is not possible to give prior intimation. In all such cases, superiors should be immediately informed as soon as possible or immediately after resuming work.
Leave approval should be taken from your Manager or the person who is designated as the authorized person to grant leave for you. The department of Human Resource should be always be kept informed while seeking such approvals through email at [email protected]
