Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Audit Associate to join our audit team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting principles, advanced Excel skills, and experience using Tally ERP software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting audits of financial statements and operational processes.
- Prepare and review financial documents for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure proper documentation of audit findings.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and address audit risks.
- Utilize Tally & Tally ERP to analyze financial data and generate reports.
- Support senior auditors in planning and executing audit assignments.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in auditing or accounting roles.
- Educational Qualification: B.Com or CA Drop-out.
- Strong accounting knowledge and familiarity with audit processes.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Tally & Tally ERP is mandatory.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
