Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Taxation Manager to oversee our taxation department. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of accounting and taxation laws, advanced Excel proficiency, and hands-on experience with Tally ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the company’s tax-related operations, including tax planning, compliance, and filing.
  • Ensure accurate preparation and timely submission of tax returns for direct and indirect taxes.
  • Provide expert advice on tax implications for business strategies and transactions.
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and ensure compliance with updated tax laws.
  • Utilize Tally & Tally ERP for tax-related financial data analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and implement tax-saving strategies for the organization and clients.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on taxation matters.
  • Represent the company during tax audits and liaise with tax authorities as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in taxation or accounting roles.
  • Educational Qualification:
    • B.Com, M.Com
    • Master of Commerce in Finance and Taxation
    • Master of Commerce in Accounting and Taxation
    • MBA in Taxation
    • M.A. in International Taxation
    • Candidates not pursuing CA further are welcome.
  • Strong accounting knowledge and expertise in taxation laws and practices.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including advanced formulas, data analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally & Tally ERP is mandatory.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
