Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Audit Associate to join our audit team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting principles, advanced Excel skills, and experience using Tally ERP software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting audits of financial statements and operational processes.
• Prepare and review financial documents for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure proper documentation of audit findings.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and address audit risks.
• Utilize Tally & Tally ERP to analyze financial data and generate reports.
• Support senior auditors in planning and executing audit assignments.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in auditing or accounting roles.
• Educational Qualification: B.Com or CA Drop-out.
• Strong accounting knowledge and familiarity with audit processes.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Tally & Tally ERP is mandatory.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
